City of Elkhart recently issued the following announcement.
Happy St. Patrick's Day from the Elkhart Police Department!
If you are celebrating today, please do so responsibly.
-Plan ahead if you will be drinking at a bar or friend's house.
-Identify a designated driver or plan on using a ride share service or other transportation service if you will be drinking.
-Don't let buzzed friends drive home. Buzzed driving is drunk driving
