Families of Future Concord Kindergarten Students,
As a reminder, Kindergarten Roundup events are scheduled at our four elementary schools next week. This is an opportunity for you and your child to become familiar with their school, meet the teachers, and ask questions. A schedule is below!
- 5:00-6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 20 at Concord East Side & Concord Ox Bow
- 5:00-6:30 p.m. Thursday, April 21 at Concord South Side & Concord West Side
If you are living in-district and have requested a transfer from one of our other elementary schools, please ask for and complete a school-to-school transfer form during Kindergarten Roundup.
If you are living out-of-district, please be aware that we will make every effort to enroll your child in the school you selected as your first choice, but availability may be limited. If it is necessary for your child to attend a different school, you will be notified in June.
Lastly, please bring the following items with you to Kindergarten Roundup! If you have questions, please contact the Concord Education Center at 574-875-5161.
- Parent/guardian photo ID
- Student’s birth certificate or court documents for legal guardianship
- Proof of residency: Lease agreement or mortgage statement
- Student’s immunization records
- Student’s medical alerts or conditions
- Any legal documents school personnel should be aware of
