Today, CCFD was requested for assistance at the 132 MM in Henry County on interstate 70 on a difficult extrication of a patient in a semi truck.
The truck crashed and fell down the embankment under the overpass over 30 feet below.
With a great effort from all agencies and departments involved we were able to successfully get the patient to the the helicopter where the patient was transported to an appropriate care facility.
