As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Waterford Crossing was owned by Hancock Regional Hospital, according to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The nursing home, located in Elkhart County, has been owned by Hancock Regional Hospital since May 1, 2015.

Waterford Crossing is registered as a for-profit facility.
